Recruitment faces sector-wide upheaval.

ABIX via COMTEX) -- There are too many recruitment firms in Australia and an industry shakeout is inevitable. Matt Lodge, chief executive of recruitment brokerage company, RSP Global, says that medium-sized recruitment agencies will fold and the larger ones will return to core activities such as client services. A director of international recruitment firm, TMP Worldwide, says that firms have to be "big and global", using their resources to provide an efficient range of services.
