ABIX via COMTEX) -- The field of electronic business development is the focus of Matthew Barnett, a manager at Amcor. Barnett is the general manager of e-business development for the Australian-based paper and packaging company. Barnett obtained a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Melbourne. Barnett's former employers included Timken and Boston Consulting. At Amcor, Barnett created the Paper House Group, a company formed through the combination of Tomasetti Paper House and Paper House Express. It was a search for change which impelled Barnett to move away from mechanical engineering and towards marketing.
