ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australia's corporate watchdog is tipped to re-open the One.Tel wound as early as 24 September 2001. It must return to the Supreme Court of New South Wales by 30 September 2001 if it wants to extend its freeze on the assets of former directors of the failed telco, Jodee Rich and Bradley Keeling, along with the company's finance director, Mark Silbermann. The Australian Securities & Investments Commission has been investigating whether anyone connected with One.Tel falsified the company's accounts.
