ABIX via COMTEX) -- Customer rewards program Fly Buys is one of several potential looming Ansett Australia creditors. Fly Buys, which buys tickets on behalf of its members, could be left with useless tickets if the airline fails. Loyalty Pacific, which runs the scheme, says an Ansett collapse would affect the company just as it would any other creditor. The company used to acquire roughly half its tickets from Qantas Airways and half from Ansett, but the balance has been shifting towards Qantas. Loyalty Pacific has yet to do business with Virgin Blue Airlines, citing its lack of market penetration, but says it could change its policy.
