ABIX via COMTEX) -- Some companies are thinking about how to handle staff morale in an environment where downsizing is back on the agenda. One such group is management consulting firm, Hay Group, which operates in 31 countries. Its chairman, Chris Matthews, recently sent an e-mail to 2,000 employees informing them that the work of consultants were the "lifeblood" of the company and that the Hay Group valued its people, their dedication and their expertise.
