ABIX via COMTEX) -- The new Cooper's brewery in South Australia will open on 21 November 2001. Although the main focus of the alcohol group is brewing beer, wine has become a new concern. Having already made significant profits through its beer-brewing kits, Cooper's has launched comparable do-it-yourself wine kits. Sales in Canada have been pretty good and test marketing of the idea in Australia should be interesting.
