Peter Hansen, the company's executive chairman, told shareholders at the company's AGM on 14 November 2001 that the company's stock may be listed in the US on the NASDAQ. Its products are a micro-neddle for the precise and measured delivery of drugs over time; a device to effect laser delivery of drugs; a safer delivery method of DNA into cells during gene therapy and a thymus gland stimulating technique for T-cell consumption.
