Sea World duo back Warner, Village offer.

ABIX via COMTEX) -- Warner Bros and Village Roadshow have made an offer of $A0.90 per unit for the Sea World Property Trust. The offer has been recommended to shareholders by the trust's directors. The offer allows unit holders who are entitled to the distribution period to December 2001 to retain their entitlement. The entitlement, payable on 28 February, is expected by Sea World representatives to be between $A0.03 and $A0.04 per unit. The entertainment companies have held stakes in the trust since 1992.
