ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) plans to interview more One.Tel directors. ASIC wants to interview Peter Howell-Davies and Pirjo Kekalainen-Torvinen, who both joined the board just prior to the telecommunication company's collapse in May 2001. ASIC also wants to interview a former director, Rodney Adler. It has launched civil proceedings against One.Tel directors Jodee Rich, Bradley Keeling and Mark Silbermann, alleging they breached their directors' duties by withholding key financial information.
