Australia-US internet industry agree on cybercrime strategy.

ABIX via COMTEX) -- The Internet industry will have a role in working against crime, as well as the Australian Government and the US Government. That role was detailed in the Draft Joint Statement of Principles signed by the US Internet Industry Association and the Australian Internet Industry Association. Legislation, governments as well as the individual role of industry members are components of the agreement. Internet users are often the weakest link in the fight against online crime.
