Storytelling improves knowledge.

ABIX via COMTEX) -- It is perhaps ironic that the more we move into a world of advanced technologies, the greater the need is for the art of storytelling. Speaking at his workshop at Henley Management College, Steve Denning recalled how storytelling enabled him to implement sweeping management changes at the World Bank. Since 2001, Denning and Dave Snowden of IBM have held workshops all over the world to promote greater business cohesion through the effective, but misunderstood, tools of storytelling. Denning's advice to companies adopting this form of business communication is to consider using it in circumstances that are the most suitable.
