CSC snares helicopter software project.

ABIX via COMTEX) -- A large Australian software company has secured a major contract with Kaman Aerospace International to help build Australian Navy helicopters. The Royal Australian Navy has contracted Kaman and Northrop Grumman Information Technology to build Super Seasprite helicopters. CSC, which has been working with the navy for 13 years, will be responsible for the aircraft weapons and sensors, software and support, and integrate the flight-management and tactical-display systems software. The contract is for 11 helicopters to be built over three years.
