ABIX via COMTEX) -- A new property syndicate has been launched in Melbourne. Credit Management Australia and Wincam Property have resurrected the Axiom brand, which exited the Australian funds management sector in 1997 when Deutsche purchased the original Axiom New South Waes Government superannuation fund. John La Marca is the MD of the new Axiom syndicate, while Peter Ward is operations director. La Marca believes that Axiom can provide the Australian real estate syndicate market with "better fundamentals".
