ABIX via COMTEX) -- Smo-King Ovens' new Revorack multi-purpose cooker is being used at the meal preparation factory of Qantas' new catering offshoot, Snap Fresh. Smo-King Ovens managing director John Hodgkinson says he recommended the Revorack oven to Snap Fresh, which was looking for an oven for steaming vegetables and egg-based meals as well as acting as a standby equipment for roasting and cooking potatoes, fish and poultry for a 400kg capacity an hour. Hodgkinson took Snap Fresh representatives to the test kitchen of the manufacturer of Revorack, Double D Food Engineering, in Edinburgh, Great Britain,.
