A trip from the airport to the city takes only 28 minutes on the luxurious and wheelchair-friendly coaches, equipped with washrooms, and soon digital entertainment. The KL City Air Terminal, an extension of the airport, offers check-in services for air travellers. It is recognised by the international Air Transport Association as a city destination. In 2003, KL City Air Terminal will offer check-out and customs services.
