ABIX via COMTEX) -- Australian pay television (TV) operator, Foxtel, says a restructure of its pay TV partnership is not under consideration. This is despite the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) rejecting the pay TV program-sharing alliance with rival, Singtel Optus, in its present form, on 21 June 2002.
