Blodget in exile.

Australasian Business Intelligence, June, 2002

ABIX via COMTEX) -- A former Wall Street and Merrill Lynch Internet analyst star, Henry Blodget, epitomises all that went wrong during the "dot-com" bust. He is now facing a US Securities & Exchange Commission inquiry for encouraging people to buy the stocks he has disparaged on the Internet and is a key litigant in various lawsuits filed by investors against Merrill Lynch. When Blodget left Merrill Lynch in December 2001 with an estimated $US5 million as termination payout, he has been directed by the firm not to talk to the mass media. However, this will not stop Blodget from baring his soul in his memoirs, which will be published by Random House in the northern summer of 2003.
