ABIX via COMTEX) -- A plastic bag with an airtight neck seal will be produced by Exit Australia and launched by Dr Philip Nitschke in August 2002. The bags were designed for the voluntary euthanasia group to help people to commit suicide. According to Nitschke, the bag could be used when drugs are not available. The bags will be printed with warnings. He compared them to a Canadian bag once used in Australia, but unavailable after the Australian Government said it would review importation.
