Stem-cell scientist admits to misleading claim.

Australian Prime Minister John Howard is investigating claims the Australian Parliament was misled by a leading stem cell researcher. Australian Deputy Prime Minister John Anderson has claimed that leading scientist and embryonic stem cell research proponent Professor Alan Trounson misled Australian parliamentarians during presentations on the benefits of stem cell research. It has been alleged that Trounson has been screening a video, which supposedly shows a paralysed rat treated with embryonic stem cells.
