Rival gives Foxtel nod for restructure.

Neighbourhood Cable has endorsed the content sharing pay television deal proposed by Foxtel and Singtel Optus. Neighbourhood Cable is a regional Victorian pay television and high-speed Internet service provider. CEO, Fred Grossman, in reversing a previous opinion, has endorsed the proposed deal as being beneficial for consumers and operators of pay television. The Australian competition regulator, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), is accepting submissions on the undertakings given by Foxtel as part of the content sharing arrangement with Optus. The ACCC has provided John Fairfax Holdings and Seven Network with an extension to the deadline for submissions.
