Australian businesswoman, Margaret Jackson, has a lot of firsts. A 1970s economics graduate, she was the youngest person to chair the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the first woman appointed to its national council, the first woman on the board of BHP, the first chairwoman of a listed company (Qantas Airways), and the first woman to chair an annual meeting.
