Ten brands Foxtel deal "unworkable".

Australasian Business Intelligence, October, 2002

In a written submission to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC), the free-to-air television network said the proposed Foxtel access arrangements are unworkable. Ten says it is also concerned at Foxtel's potential to dominate interactive digital services in Australia.
