The number you have called is not reliable.

Generally speaking, mobile telephone customer service centres offer services of poor quality. A survey of Australian mobile telephone companies - Telstra, B Clear & Simple, Singtel Optus, Orange, Virgin and Vodafone - revealed that customer service operators are often unable to answer even simple questions. It is not surprising that the number of complaints lodged with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman rose from 6.9 per cent of all telephone-related complaints in 1999-2000 to 15.8 per cent in 2000-2001. Customers must exercise caution, especially when they sign a contract over the telephone.
