A new survey has shown travellers are nervous about visiting the Asia-Pacific region, after the Indonesian terrorist bombings. The survey, by the International Air Transport Association, revealed that the proportion of business travellers expressing caution about travelling in the region increased from 22 per cent in June to 44 per cent in October. The Pacific Asia Travel Association estimates the region's tourism sector generates annual receipts of $US180bn ($A327bn) annually.
