Queensland-based farm supplies group P & H Rural, seeks to raise $A10m through the issue of new shares. The issue will help it fund its merger with logistics group Lindsay Bros Transport. It will consist of an offer of 24 million shares at $A0.25 each to raise $A6m and a similarly-priced entitlement offer to existing shareholders designed to raise $A4.19m. Meanwhile, P & H Rural has also announced that it will acquire the 45 per cent stake in P & H Rural Supplies that it does not already own from its joint venture partner, Amcor. In exchange, Amcor will take a 19 per cent stake in a larger, more diverse P & H Rural that will change its name to Lindsay Australia.
