Dashwood Vineyard sold.

Australia's Beston Wine Industry Trust has acquired New Zealand vineyard Dashwood, in Marlborough, for $12.5m. Delegat's Wine Estate has been paid an extra $4.5m to continue developing the vineyard. Delegat's Wine is also lessee for Beston's three other New Zealand investments, but these are held in the Hawke's Bay wine region.
