Caring for those who care most.

Australasian Business Intelligence, November, 2002

Women wanting to obtain good financial advice face a number of difficulties. This is according to Diana Olsberg, from the University of New South Wales Research Centre on Ageing and Retirement. Olsberg says that many women struggle to pay the cost of financial planners' fees. She also notes that most savings projection models used by financial planners are based on males, and do not take the different employment, income and career patterns of women into account. Olsberg also says that Australia's current superannuation system does not meet the needs of women, most of whom spent far less time in the workforce than do Australian males.
