Keeling's three companies go into administration.

Brad Keeling has placed three of his privately held companies into voluntary administration. On 28 January 2003, the founder of the now defunct Australian telco, One.Tel, appointed Sims Partners' Tony Sims and Neil Singleton as administrators of Bradley Keeling Management (BKM), BKM International Investments and BK Hospitality. The latter two companies hold a combined 80 stake in a biotechnology company, Koala Corporation, which is currently suspended from trading on the Australian Stock Exchange. The move by Keeling to place his private companies into administration comes as One.Tel's liquidators are chasing him and other former One.Tel directors to retrieve $A19m.
