ANZ Banking Group, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank, St George Bank and Westpac Banking released details of packages including $A10,000 grants, credit card repayment extensions and waivers on some fees. St George says that it is dealing with customer's needs individually. The other four banks have all agreed to defer loan payments for various periods. ANZ is offering up to $A10,000 in extra funds to its customers, and Westpac will provide a reduced interest rate for 12 months.
