The major private investment company of the founder of failed Australian telco, One.Tel, will be liquidated. A judgment in the Supreme Court of New South Wales has favoured an application from the Australian Taxation Office to wind up Bradley Keeling Management and recover nearly $A11m for creditors. Its debt position is unclear with disagreement on debts owed both to and by the company. Bradley Keeling had sworn an affidavit that his company owed just $A468,000 apart from a liability to the taxation office, but was owed $A28m from other companies in the group.
