Several Australian business leaders were brought together to discuss the complexities of client management. One speaker noted that customer knowledge, and the use of it, was a major point of difference among firms in the financial sector. David Hancock, of JP Morgan, said the regulatory environment of investments made client relationships the most challenging. He said all three had to be managed successfully for a successful business.
