Carat wins IAG's $30m.

In an move worth $30m, Carat Australia has succeeded Zenith Media as Insurance Australia Group's (IAG) media agency. According to sources, Carat Australia's bid was successful on the basis of strategy. IAG group executive sales & marketing, Karyn Baylis, states that the move was in line with policy, and not motivated by a need for change. Some retail brands of IAG are NRMA Insurance, ClearView and Swann Insurance. Carat Australia has also succeeded Zenith Media on the AC Nielsen MMS UK media agency league table.
