King of property hard sell 'exposed'.

Australasian Business Intelligence, March, 2003

Mar 11, 2003 (The Australian - ABIX via COMTEX)

Dudley Quinlivin, former Queensland property marketeer, denies involvement in a questionable land sale scheme. The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) has investigated the scheme, which was run by Christopher Bilborough. Hard-sell methods were used to offload the properties and large marketing fees were concealed from the buyers. Quinlivin claims to have been merely the manager of the Investlend finance brokers firm. However, the ACCC has produced evidence in court that Quinlivin was privy to the details of the operation.
