Many Australian companies find it vital to spend money on supply chain software. In 2003, a survey of hundreds of large companies with major supply chain operations has found some dissatisfaction with some supply chain outsourcing providers. The survey was done by Dawson Consulting, which has found that many companies are consolidating their supply chain systems, after spending a lot of money.
