The Australian Securities & Investments Commission has been forced to pay the costs of a court hearing. Jodee Rich and Mark Silbermann, former directors of One.Tel, succeeded in a court action to gain access to material compiled by the corporate regulator related to the failed telecommunications company. It is expected that the costs will amount to more than $A100,000. The ruling was handed down by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 11 April 2003.
