NAB grabs for CRM supremacy.

The National Australia Bank (NAB) has revved up its customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities. The new system will enable NAB to deliver customised advertising messages to customers via its automated teller machines, the Internet and mobile telephone short message system messages. This is the culmination of an 18-month effort conducted in conjunction with NCR's Teradata division. It builds on the past success of the National Leads data mining systems, which NCR helped develop for NAB in the late 1980s.
