Australian clothing company, Pretty Girl, has acquired the 13-store Hilton's chain, which specialises in cocktail and formal evening wear. The Kerry Packer-backed Pretty Girl said that it hoped to revitalise the Hilton's chain, which was placed in administration in March 2003. Pretty Girl, which owns the Rockmans and BeMe stores, said that the chain's outlets would be refitted and the 150 staff would be retained. Pretty Girl CEO, Jeffrey Moss, said that the company believed that it could successfully grow the label and had plans for a new marketing campaign and additional stores Australia-wide.
