South Australian Internet service provider, Internode, has appointed a new customer services manager. Liz Cornelissen is to take up the position. Cornelissen has experience in client services and account management for groups such as Infocast, Reuters and AAP. The three main areas Cornelissen sees as a priority in her new position are providing staff with the tools they need to perform their jobs well, helping staff to remain interested in their work and develop in their jobs, and establishing systems and policies to ensure consistency in staff responses and delivery of customer services.
