Keeling consents to company liquidations.

Brad Keeling, the former One.Tel boss, has consented to the liquidation of three of his companies. The hearing for True Grip Pty Ltd, True Grip Aviation Pty Ltd and BKM Securities Pty Ltd will take place on 28 April 2003. Keeling's legal counsel, David Purcell, has stated that One.Tel's debt to the Australian Taxation Office has been estimated at $A10m. Purcell has also indicated that Keeling is keen to wrap up legal proceedings and put forward a Part X (Bankruptcy Act) proposal as a means of ensuring that personal bankruptcy will not occur.
