ASIC 'did not release One.Tel documents to Rich'.

A court case in Australia is concerned with the actions of former One.Tel boss, Jodee Rich. On 1 April 2003, the case unfolded in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. The counsel for Rich alleged that the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) did not provide Rich with key financial documents about the European operations of One.Tel. The counsel added that these documents may be used by ASIC in its civil prosecution of Rich. The counsel noted that the documents were collected in 2002 by lawyers for Consolidated Press Holdings (CPH).
