A section of Australian business has labelled the Australian Government's Dawson report response "a big fraud". The National Association of Retail Grocers of Australia (NARGA) says the Government's attitude to small business has not changed. A NARGA director and national spokesman, Alan McKenzie, says no collective bargaining will be allowed that is not currently allowed already. A senior lecturer in business law at the University of New South Wales, Frank Zumbo, has studied the government's responses for NARGA. He says uncertainty still exists.
