Marsh & McLennan's Australian subsidiaries are looking for 14,000 square metres of office space in Sydney. Mercer Human Resource Consulting and Marsh & McLennan's local insurance services division are in negotiations on the lease of a new Australian headquarters. A proposed third office tower at Darling Park is believed to be the current preferred option. The site for the tower is jointly owned by Lend Lease, Toyo and Nomura Real Estate, but the development hinges on a pre-commitment.
