Victorian lawyers have expressed concern about the State Government's planned public liability reform package. In an effort to contain rising medical indemnity costs, the Victorian Government has proposed a series of legal changes, embodied in the "Wrongs and Limitation of Actions Act (Insurance Reform) Bill 2003".
