Salmat gets the vote from AEC.

Mass communications group, Salmat, is tipped to announce a $A3m contract with the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). It could disclose as early as 23 July 2003 that it has won the contract to provide the AEC with laser print products and other services it needs for voter enrolment. In 2002, Salmat delivered 2.8 billion items to Australian houses for such clients as Telstra, Bi-Lo, Coles Myer, David Jones and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Salmat in late 2002 won a Telstra contract worth $A10 million to set up two regional call centres in Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, and Bundaberg, in Queensland.
