Business Services Industry
IT sector strikes back.
Australasian Business Intelligence, July, 2003
Jul 18, 2003 (Shares - ABIX via COMTEX)
The time could be right for some companies in the information technology sector to out-perform. In Australia, 13 listed companies have various degrees of appeal for IT hunters. They are Autron Corporation, Intellect Holdings, Silex Systems, MYOB, Solution 6, Technology One, Integrated Research, Baycorp Advantage, Computershare, Iress Market Technology, SMS Management & Technology, KAZ Group and Volante Group. Investors should note that the Australian Stock Exchange is underweight in IT, compared with global markets. An option might be to invest offshore.
