Incitec Pivot's solid show.

Australian fertiliser company Incitec Pivot listed on the sharemarket at $A14.00 on 28 July 2003. The stock traded as high as $A15.50 before closing at $A14.52. Ernst & Young Corporate Finance had valued the shares at between $A10.42 and $A12.53. Incitec Pivot has made a compliance listing, with no new issue of shares. The company is 70 owned by Orica, with the remaining 30 owned by farmer-shareholders. Incitec Pivot expects to generate $A1bn in annual fertiliser sales in a normal season, with EBIT in excess of $A100m.
