Car whinges hit the web.

Australasian Business Intelligence, July, 2003

Jul 31, 2003 (Herald Sun - ABIX via COMTEX)

Car companies are being targeted by unhappy owners on the Internet. The companies include some of the biggest brands in Australia, such as Holden, Ford, Toyota, Subaru and BMW. The web site, NotGoodEnough.org, was set up in early 2002. It acts as a forum for people to complain about consumer issues. According to the web site's founder, Fiona Stewart, customers also complain about mobile telephone companies and banks. The companies are not keen to talk to unhappy customers, she said. Most complaints are about poor service and warranty issues.
