Xypex undergoes testing for permeability-reducing admixtures.

Australian researchers examined the effects of Xypex's Admix C-series on commercial concrete mixes. The aim of the research, conducted at the Australian Centre for Construction Innovation at the University of New South Wales, was to examine the effectiveness of Xypex's permeability-reducing products. The researchers compared properties of plastic and hardened concrete and Xypex Admix modified concrete. They concluded that Xypex Admix is effective in water, sulphate and chloride penetration.
