The CEO of global logistics company Brambles Industries has resigned. Sir CK Chow will leave the company on 20 October 2003 to become the CEO of Hong Kong's rail system MTR Corporation. David Turner, Brambles' chief financial officer, is the new CEO. Brambles is mid-way through a revamp of the European arm of its Chep pallet operation. Brambles has been listed in both Sydney and London since its merger with UK's GKN in 2001. Brambles' stock has been trading poorly since then.
