Woolies Walmart warning.

Australian retailing giant Woolworths needs to improve its efficiencies to meet world standards. This is according to Jack Shewmaker, a director of top retailer Walmart. He also said the Woolworths concept as well as the group's discount chain Big W and electronics group Dick Smith could be transported to the US. He dismissed rumours that Walmart was going to take over Woolworths.
